If we have all the necessary components required for the repair, it shouldn't take longer than 7 days. However, if specific parts are needed that we don't have in stock, we may need to order them, which could take up to 14 days

After diagnostics, you will receive an email with an estimated repair cost. Then, you can decide whether you want to proceed with the repair or have your device returned to you.

How can I send a device for repair?
Yes, we will keep you updated throughout the process via email, informing you when your device arrives, when diagnostics begin, when repairs commence, when they are completed, and when they are dispatched back to you, along with a tracking number.
If you live locally in Cardiff, you can drop it off in person; otherwise, we recommend sending it to us via mail/courier. Remember to properly package the parcel to ensure it arrives intact without damage during transit.
